To support our rapid expansion, we are looking for a talented:

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (M/F)

The Customer Service Representative will aim at rapidly resolving any difficulty our customers might be encountering and help them fully enjoy the benefits of using our solutions. Reporting to the Operations Director, (s)he will work in close interaction with all the other departments to achieve her/his mission.

Responsibilities

(S)he will:

  • Be the primary contact point (phone, e-mail, ticketing tool..) for all customer inquiries regarding issues, problems or requests for technical information related to Emixis solutions
  • Personally provide first level support or, when appropriate, reroute service requests to 2nd and 3rd line support, and follow up until complete resolution
  • Participate in the testing of new platform software, device firmware & mobile applications
  • Create documentation and FAQs sheets
  • Train and coach our clients in better using our solutions
  • Evaluate current support processes and propose improvements
  • Manage installations projects with our customers and partners

Requirements

  • Trilingual FR/ENG/NL – Mastery of German is a plus
  • Track record of experience in IT-related customer service (3-5 years)
  • Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Stress resistent
  • Autonomous with a sense of initiative
